I had to hammer the drain hole straight so the drain would seal and the overflow drain hole was not drilled into it.. but it's brass and reasonably priced so I can't complain too much...

I havenβt installed the faucet yet but if I can I will leave an updated review soon. Itβs just as beautiful and quality material as I expected it to be, itβs going to be beautiful in our new kitchen. There was a little of a lag in shipping but it wasnβt the sellerβs fault and they kept me updated and informed the entire time until I received my purchase. Great customer service and great product.

Love it but one thing could have been improved on. The ceiling canopy is shiny copper and the dome is aged with some black and more vintage looking. Canopy would have been nicer if it matched but pleased with it. And would buy again.

This is high quality and stunning! Great that itβs height adjustable and imperfect in appearance, which is exactly what I was looking for. One thing I would say is that it does read more rose gold to me than copper in person, but all in all this is minor. Seller was super responsive and shipping was extremely fast and seamless.

This brass shower system is absolutely stunning! It was very easy to install, we had our plumber install the initial 2 pipes from the wall & we were able to do the rest. The natural patina that is already appearing is beautiful too. We had some issues with spacing since our plumber installed the pipes a bit too far out of the wall. InsideEast was a blessing to work with and rushed custom pieces to us since we were without a shower until they arrived. I have purchased every bathroom fixture and kitchen fixture from them & cannot be happier with the quality and customer service. Canβt wait to install the rest!

Shipping to the US and has been in FEDEX customs for five weeks. Insideast customer service has been responsive with responding to emails but there is nothing they can do. I have ordered from them before and it took several weeks but not this long. We have not been able to install the other faucet we ordered but itβs heavy and looks nice.

This item is beautiful and well made. It is hard to find true unlaquered brass. I have bought other "unlaquered brass" items from other vendors that are not truly unlaquered, this one is. The only improvement I can suggest is for the pump to have more throw so it dispenses more soap. It requires two pumps to dispense a reasonable amount of soap.

Gorgeous faucet! Craftsmanship is obviously high. However, delivery times were much longer than anticipated (over a month) and when it finally arrived it was missing the legs for the faucet bridge which has lead to additional delays for install ultimately.
