Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges


Introduction:

Established online since 2018, Insideast takes pride in the trust and loyalty of our esteemed customers. Recognized by over 1900 online reviews from the U.S. by late 2023, and valued collaborations with prominent designers and influencers, we are dedicated to providing quality products that are a harmonious blend of handcrafted precision and industrial expertise.


Cancellations:

  1. Eligibility for Cancellation: Products purchased from Insideast can be cancelled 48 hours after making the order. And before shipping. Customized orders are not subject to cancellations. 


Returns for no reason:

  1. Eligibility for Return: Products purchased from Insideast can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items should be unused, and in their original packaging.

  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@insideast.com.


Exclusions:

  1. Items affected by defects or quality discrepancies fall under the purview of our warranty policy and are therefore not encompassed within this particular section.

  2. Customized items are not eligible for returns. Only regular items may be refunded.

  3. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  4. Products that have been modified or altered without Insideast's authorization are ineligible for a return.


    Shipping for Returns:

    1. To return a product, mail it to: Ismail Azelhak, 2200 N 73rd Ave, 60707 Elmwood Park, IL (203 444 0198).

    2. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning items. 

    3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
