Recognized by over 2,300 online reviews from the U.S. by late 2024, and valued collaborations with prominent designers and influencers, we are dedicated to providing quality products that are a harmonious blend of handcrafted precision and industrial expertise.
Cancellations
- Eligibility for Cancellation: Products purchased from Insideast can be cancelled 48 hours after making the order, and before shipping. Customized orders are not subject to cancellations.
Returns for no reason

Eligibility for Return: Items should be unused, and in their original packaging. Return windows vary by product category:
- All eligible products: returnable within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Sinks and lighting fixtures: returnable within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- Bathtubs: not eligible for return. Each tub is made to order, and we confirm every detail with you before production and again before shipping, so all specifications are approved in advance.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@insideast.com.
Exclusions
- Items affected by defects or quality discrepancies fall under the purview of our warranty policy and are therefore not encompassed within this particular section.
- Customized or made-to-order items and bathtubs are not eligible for returns. These products are confirmed with you before production and again before shipping, so all details are approved in advance. Only regular, non-customized items may be refunded within the timeframes above.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Products that have been modified or altered without Insideast's authorization are ineligible for a return.
