Love my faucet. Where can I find cartridges for it to stop it from leaking?
These are so beautiful! If you are looking for brass faucets, these are it! I love that the faucet was customizable and the customer service was amazing! As we upgrade the rest of our house we will definitely be making more purchase from insideast!
I struggled trying to find a solid brass shower system in the states that didn’t cost me a mortgage payment. When I came across the system I knew this was the one and let me just tell you, it’s even better in person! We had a wonderful experience with the company. I bought this sink in November when we started our kitchen demo and had it installed in January.
Constant leaks and puddles under the sink in our new cabinets. Called out the plumbers 4 separate times and they kept saying the leak was coming from the faucet/sprayer itself, not the lines. They tried to seal up everything with silicone and tape to no avail.
Now I am outside the 30 day window of return; however, they’re NOT giving me store credit. This faucet/sprayer was $500 and I expect much better quality than this.
Buyer beware.

It leaks and doesn't work well on a ceramic sink
I wasn't able to use it because when mounted it kept flipping down. It needs another screw below to make it more stable.
