A concealed, built-in shower system keeps its plumbing integrated into the wall, so the look stays clean and streamlined. Here, the overhead showerhead and matching handheld are the visible elements.
How many outlets does this shower system have?

The system ships with the correct connection for your region. If you're working with a different plumbing standard, contact us and we'll confirm the right fitting for your installation.
Does unlacquered brass tarnish or change color over time?
Yes, by design. The brass arrives polished and raw, and interacts with oxygen and water to develop a warm, authentic patina. Over time it will darken and acquire a unique character, a desired feature of artisan brass. If you prefer a shiny look, you can polish it regularly with a brass cleaner.
How do you clean a solid brass shower system?
Wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the finish and interfere with natural patina development.
Are replacement parts easy to find?
Yes. Traditional construction gives easy access to commonly available replacement parts, so long-term maintenance stays simple.
Is this shower system pressure tested?
Yes. Each component is meticulously pressure tested under high water conditions to ensure reliable functionality and top-tier performance.
What is the return policy?
You can return this item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
What is the warranty on this shower system?
