The Finish
Evolving Beauty, Not Wear
Unlacquered brass is left without a protective coating, so it reacts naturally with air, water and daily use. The finish moves from bright and shiny to a warm, deepening patina, and no two faucets age exactly alike. You can polish the brass any time you prefer a brighter look.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit my existing sink?
It is designed to fit existing countertop holes without extra modifications. The faucet has an 8 inch (203 mm) center spread and needs pre-drilled holes of 0.90 inch (23 mm) for the legs, so check that your holes match. Not sure? Email us your measurements or a photo and we will confirm.
How are the hot and cold handles marked?
Each handle is set up for either the hot or the cold supply, with the hot and cold marking shown on the handle caps, so it is clear at a glance which one you are turning.
Is it really solid brass?
Yes. It is built from solid, non-recycled brass for enduring durability and strength.
Will the finish change over time?
Yes, and that is the point. The unlacquered finish arrives shiny and naturally matures into a rich patina. This cosmetic aging is expected and is not considered a defect.
How do I clean it?
Use mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth, then dry it. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners. If you want to restore the shine, a brass polish will brighten the surface.
Which plumbing connections does it use?
Our faucets ship with the correct connection fittings for your region's plumbing standard. If you use a different standard, contact us and we will provide the correct fitting at no extra charge.
Is installation difficult?
The faucet is designed for easy installation, and a detailed manual is included for hassle-free setup.
What is your return policy?
You can return the faucet within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
What warranty is included?
A 5-year limited warranty covers plumbing and accessories for residential use, with a 1-year warranty on wearable parts such as cartridges, hoses and O-rings. Manufacturing defects are covered for repair or replacement, excluding installation and labor costs.
