Repair & Replacement

Insideast offers a comprehensive warranty. If your product is defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Note: Warranty does not include installation or labor costs. Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Coverage

• Lifetime Mechanical Warranty: Covers mechanical parts for the original homeowner.
• 5-Year Finish Warranty: Protects the finish on faucets and sinks for five years.
• 1-Year Wearable Parts Warranty: Includes hoses, washers, and seals from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations

• Applies only to the original purchaser or homeowner.
• Does not cover normal wear and tear or unauthorized repairs.
• Excludes damage from misuse, poor maintenance, or incorrect installation.
• Not valid if the product is used outside its intended purpose.
