Unlacquered Brass Finish
Develops a rich, warm patina over time. Each system tells its own story.
-
100% Solid Brass
Every component, from the rainfall head to the cross handles, is made from solid brass for real strength and durability.
-
Fixed Rainfall Shower Head
A wide 8-inch shower head delivers balanced, full-coverage rainfall from directly overhead.
-
Sliding Hand Shower
The hand shower rides a slide bar so the height adjusts to anyone using it, and lifts off its holder for flexible rinsing.
-
Cross Handle Mixer & Diverter
Traditional cross handles control temperature and divert flow between the rainfall head and hand shower.
-
Exposed Riser Design
The wall-mounted pipework is left visible by design, a vintage-inspired look that suits period and contemporary bathrooms alike.
An Exposed Riser, Shown With Pride
Every pipe and joint is shaped and finished in solid brass, built to be seen rather than hidden behind the wall. The result is a striking vertical line from valve to shower head that anchors the whole bathroom.
A Mixer Built to Last
The cross handle mixer and diverter are cast in solid brass, with a braided hose feeding the hand shower for smooth, reliable water delivery.
Hand Shower, Within Reach
The hand shower sits securely in its holder on the slide bar when not in use, and lifts away easily for rinsing or cleaning the shower enclosure.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an exposed shower system?
An exposed shower system has its pipework mounted on the outside of the wall instead of hidden behind it. This solid brass system runs from the wall-mounted mixer up an exposed riser to the fixed rainfall head, with a hand shower on a slide bar along the way.
What's included with this shower system?
This listing includes the rainfall shower head, hand shower, slide bar with holder, cross handle mixer and diverter, exposed riser pipe with wall elbow, and the full mounting hardware kit.
Can you use the rainfall head and hand shower separately?
Yes. The cross handle mixer includes a diverter that switches water flow between the fixed rainfall head and the hand shower, so you can run either one on its own.
What plumbing does this shower system connect to?
The system ships with the correct connection for your region. If you're working with a different plumbing standard, contact us and we'll confirm the right fitting for your installation.
Does unlacquered brass tarnish or change color over time?
Yes, by design. Since the brass is raw and sealed only with a light wax, it interacts with oxygen and water to develop a "living finish." Over time, it will naturally darken and acquire a unique, mottled patina, a desired aesthetic feature of artisan brass. If you prefer a shiny look, you can polish it regularly with Brasso or a similar brass cleaner.
How do you clean a solid brass shower system?
Wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth after use and avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the finish and interfere with natural patina development.
Is the hand shower removable?
Yes. The hand shower lifts off the slide bar holder for flexible rinsing, and slides along the bar so the height can be adjusted.
What is the warranty on this shower system?
We offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering the structural integrity of the brass and mechanical operation. The natural patina process of unlacquered brass is not considered a defect, it is a characteristic of the material.
