Can I keep it shiny, or prevent patina?
Yes! You can maintain the original shine by polishing with brass cleaner (e.g., Wright’s or Brasso) every few months. However, many customers embrace the patina as part of the artisan journey—it tells the story of your home.
Does this include valves and rough-in components?
No—this is a trim-only exposed system. It fits standard 1/2" NPT male-threaded valve outlets. We recommend using high-quality thermostatic or pressure-balanced valves (not included). Our team can advise on compatible valves upon request.
Is professional installation required?
While experienced DIYers can install it, we recommend certified plumbers due to the precision needed for alignment and leak testing. Improper installation voids the warranty. We provide full CAD drawings and torque specs in the downloadable guide.
