Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How are the hot and cold handles marked?
Each handle is set up for either the hot or the cold supply, with the hot and cold marking shown on the handle caps, so it is clear at a glance which one you are turning.
How does the unlacquered brass patina develop?
The finish arrives bright and polished. With air, water and daily use it gradually develops a warm, unique patina. This cosmetic aging is expected and is not considered a defect.
Can I clean or polish the brass to restore the original finish?
Yes. Clean it with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth, then dry it. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners. If you prefer a brighter look, a brass polish will restore the shine.
What does the sprayer option include?
The optional sprayer is a matching brass sprayer. Choose "With Sprayer" in the options above. It needs one extra hole in your deck, so 3 holes in total.
Is this compatible with my existing plumbing?
Our faucets ship with the correct connection fittings for your region's plumbing standard. If you use a different standard, contact us and we will provide the correct fitting at no extra charge.
Will it fit my sink?
The faucet needs 2 pre-drilled holes, 6 inches (150 mm) center-to-center, plus 1 extra hole if you add the sprayer, so 3 in total. Not sure? Email us your measurements or a photo and we will confirm.
What is your return policy?
You can return the faucet within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
What warranty is included?
A 5-year limited warranty covers plumbing and accessories for residential use, with a 1-year warranty on wearable parts such as cartridges, hoses and O-rings. Manufacturing defects are covered for repair or replacement, excluding installation and labor costs.
Still deciding? Email your measurements or a photo to [email protected] and we will help you choose.
