Shipping Terms

At Insideast each item is carefully and uniquely handled. One by one, from the making process to the packaging and shipping operations.

Your lead time depends on the following factors:

• Fixture already in stock: 2-3 business days handling + 5 business days shipping to your address.
• Customized fixture: Depending on the customization, lead time can range from 1 week to 4-5 weeks. More precise information is provided based on your specific order.
• Fixture made to order: These are items not in stock but which we make upon order. Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.
