Frequently Asked Questions
What is unlacquered brass and how does it age?
Unlacquered brass is raw brass without any protective coating. Over time it naturally develops a patina, a darkened, antique look that adds old-world romance and character to each piece.
Which handle style should I choose?
Simple, flat, and butterfly handles all operate the same mixer and finish identically. The choice is purely about the silhouette you prefer for your bathroom.
Has this faucet been tested for reliable performance?
Yes. This telephone tub filler is rigorously tested under high water pressure to guarantee dependable, long-term performance.
Will this match my other Insideast brass fixtures?
Yes. It's built to be a perfect match for your existing brass setup, and since it's unlacquered, all your pieces will age together into a cohesive patina over time.
What's your return policy?
Return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund. Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
