Frequently Asked Questions
What showerhead options are available?
This rain shower set is available with a rose, square or round showerhead. Choose the style that best suits your space.
What plumbing does this shower set connect to?
The set ships with the correct connection for your region. If you're working with a different plumbing standard, contact us and we'll confirm the right fitting for your installation.
Does unlacquered brass tarnish or change color over time?
Yes, by design. Unlacquered brass is a living finish that interacts with oxygen and water to develop a natural patina. Over time it will darken and acquire a unique character, a desired feature of artisan brass. If you prefer a shiny look, you can polish it regularly with a brass cleaner.
How do you clean a solid brass shower set?
Wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the finish and interfere with natural patina development.
Are replacement parts available?
Yes. The traditional build uses replaceable parts, which keeps future maintenance simple and hassle-free.
Is this shower set pressure tested?
Yes. Each set is rigorously tested under high water pressure to guarantee durability and performance.
What is the return policy?
You can return this item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
What is the warranty on this shower set?
We offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering the structural integrity of the brass and mechanical operation. The natural patina process of unlacquered brass is not considered a defect, it is a characteristic of the material.
