Mixer and Handles
Hot and Cold, Right Where Your Hand Falls
Two classic brass handles sit on an exposed mixer body, one for hot and one for cold, so setting the temperature feels natural and precise. The diverter above them switches between the head and the handheld.
The brass handheld sprayer rests in a wall-mounted holder and comes with a 60 inch hose, ample reach for bathing children, washing pets or cleaning the tub.
Loved by Homeowners
Heritage Shower System Reviews
"This piece is stunning. We bought this for an outdoor shower at our beach house. Besides how beautiful it looks, it feels amazing. The water comes out like rain and is so relaxing, the whole family loves it. Our 2.5 year old will just sit under the water with his head down enjoying the feel of the water."
"Beautiful!!! Even prettier in person. Packaging was superb and communication with seller was excellent! I had a need for updated installation instructions and he responded immediately! Can't wait until it gets installed. My daughter ordered the same one 3 years ago and loves it!"
"First class service and product. The goods were delivered faster than internally within Australia. They're great quality and exceptional value for money."
"Great shower head with hand sprayer."
"Repurchasing in the future for other projects - thank you!"

Brass Against Merlot Zellige
Color isn't the villain. Rich red tones add depth, mood, and a little drama in the best way. Bold doesn't mean brash; it reads as confident refinement.
Design by @brookemtinteriors with Merlot 4x4 Zellige tile by Riad Tile. Fixture: Heritage Unlacquered Brass Exposed Shower System.

Craftsmanship
Details Worth a Closer Look
From the curved riser to the exposed mixer, every piece is handcrafted in solid brass.
The Finish
Evolving Beauty, Not Wear
Unlacquered brass is left without a protective coating, so it reacts naturally with air, water and daily use. The finish moves from bright to a warm, deepening patina, and no two systems age exactly alike. You can polish the brass any time you prefer a brighter look.
At Delivery
Bright, polished and luminous.
With Time
Warmer tones begin to settle in.
Your Story
A deep, one-of-a-kind patina.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the diverter work?
The diverter valve on the riser switches the water between the fixed showerhead and the handheld sprayer, so you can use either one with a simple turn.
How are the hot and cold handles set up?
The system uses two classic brass handles on the exposed mixer body, one for the hot supply and one for the cold supply, so you set the temperature by blending the two.
Where does the handheld holder mount, and how long is the hose?
The handheld holder mounts to the wall and keeps the sprayer secure when not in use. The 60 inch hose gives ample reach for bathing children, washing pets or cleaning the tub.
Is the mixer valve included?
Yes. The exposed mixer body with its handles is included. It connects to your hot and cold supply lines, so no separate mixer is needed.
Which showerhead shapes can I choose?
You can choose a rose, round or square showerhead. The handheld sprayer, diverter and mixer stay the same across all three.
Will the finish change over time?
Yes, and that is the point. The unlacquered finish arrives bright and naturally matures into a rich patina. This cosmetic aging is expected and is not considered a defect.
How do I care for the finish?
Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth, then dry. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. If you prefer a brighter look, a brass polish such as Brasso is optional.
What rough-in sizes does it fit?
The standard valve center distance is 5.9 inch (150 mm). The S-unions (Z-connectors) adjust to fit rough-ins from about 5 inch to 7 inch.
Which plumbing connections does it use?
Our fixtures ship with the correct connection fittings for your region. If you use a different standard, contact us and we will help with the right fitting.
Can I get an angled arm or a different head size?
Yes, both are available as custom options. The standard system comes with a fixed head on a straight ceiling mount arm. Email [email protected] for custom requests.
What is your return policy?
You can return the system within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
What warranty is included?
A 5-year limited warranty covers the brass components and finish integrity, excluding normal patina. Defective parts are repaired or replaced, with installation and labor costs excluded.
