Is this a complete system with valves?
This is a Trim Kit. It includes all the external brass components shown (Gooseneck Arm, Head, Handheld, Tub Spout, 3 Handles). You will need to install standard rough-in valves (1/2" NPT) behind the wall—typically 2 valves for hot/cold mixing and 1 diverter, matching the 3-handle layout.
Can I customize the shower head size?
Yes. As noted by our customers (see David H.'s review), we can customize the shower head size for a small fee if you need something larger than the standard size. Please contact us before ordering.
What is the reach of the tub spout?
